We work with companies, individual leaders, non-profit organisations to bring mindfulness programmes into the workplace and their business. Our approach to teaching mindfulness in these settings draws on the same evidence-based programmes that we run elsewhere. The same mindfulness practices that have been shown to offer a wealth of benefits for people work well in a business context, for individuals, employees and teams. We also develop more customised programmes to meet the specific needs of a particular team or project. For example, mindfulness courses are usually delivered as a traditional 8-week course of weekly 2-hour sessions. This may not suit many corporate situations and so a course can be adapted to 2 day-long workshops with a 4-week gap.
