These regular evening drop-in sessions are a chance to develop your mindfulness practice. If you are a ‘graduate’ of an 8-week course, or have learned mindfulness by some other route, these sessions give you a chance to practice with others every month. Practising with others helps support you in your personal mindfulness practice, and is an excellent way to keep it fresh and alive. Although aimed at those who have a regular mindfulness practice, the sessions can also be a taster for those who would like to gain some experience of what it is all about. There is also time for sharing and discussion around mindfulness themes. There is no set charge for these sessions but a contribution towards costs would be greatly appreciated.
