This all-day retreat is for people who have completed an 8-week mindfulness course. It is a chance you reconnect and deepen your practice through silent reflection and practice. We will revisit familiar practices and experience some new ones. The whole day is in silence though there will be a chance for reflection and questions at the end of the day.
