Mindfulness drop-in sessions

Changes as Lockdown eases even more…
The online drop-in sessions are now back being once a month. We will meet face to face but numbers will be severely restricted due to COVID restrictions.
Mentor: Jem
Days: First Monday of the month at 7pm – next sessions 5th Oct & 2nd Nov.
Duration: About 1.5 hours

If you wish to attend please fill out the very short registration. I’m afraid I will have to ask for a small payment of £7 to cover costs. This can all be done through the form here.
Cost: £7 if attending in person, by donation if joining us by Zoom
Session timings: Every other Monday 7 to 8pm

Practising with others helps support you in your personal mindfulness practice, and is an excellent way to keep it fresh and alive. Although aimed at those who have a regular mindfulness practice, the sessions can also be a taster for those who would like to gain some experience of what it is all about. There is also time for sharing and discussion around mindfulness themes. There is no set charge for joining these session via Zoom but a donation to iBme UK and the retreats they run for young people would be most welcome. Thank you.


All-Day Retreats

This session will have to be cancelled due to the current situation but I am looking at ways in which we might be able to run it online.
Venue: Dorchester Yoga and Therapy Centre
Date: 17th May 2020
Time: 10.30 to 4.30
Cost: £35 including vegetarian lunch

All-day retreats are for people who have completed an 8-week mindfulness course. It is a chance you reconnect and deepen your practice through silent reflection and practice. We revisit familiar practices and experience some new ones.

The whole day is in silence though there will be a chance for reflection and questions at the end of the day.

Drop-Ins During July I am changing the times of the drop-in from July, going back to a two-weekly pattern. We will meet on alternate Mondays starting on the 6th July.  All are welcome regardless of experience. Please click on the button below to join us.
