Changes due to Covid-19 Lockdown
I will run an online drop-in session once a week from the 30th April
Mentor: Jem
Days: Thursdays at 7pm
Duration: About 1 hour
Cost: Free
Session timings: Every Thursday 7 to 7.55pm

These drop-in sessions will be delivered via Zoom. I will send out a link very soon but in the meantime you can familiarise yourself with it at the Zoom support website. These sessions are a chance to develop your mindfulness practice. If you are a ‘graduate’ of an 8-week course, or have learned mindfulness by some other route, these sessions give you a chance to practice with others every month.

Thursday Drop-In

Practising with others helps support you in your personal mindfulness practice, and is an excellent way to keep it fresh and alive. Although aimed at those who have a regular mindfulness practice, the sessions can also be a taster for those who would like to gain some experience of what it is all about. There is also time for sharing and discussion around mindfulness themes. There is no set charge for these sessions but a donation to iBme UK and the retreats they run for young people would be most welcome. Thank you.

All-Day Retreats

This session will have to be cancelled due to the current situation but I am looking at ways in which we might be able to run it online.
Venue: Dorchester Yoga and Therapy Centre
Date: 17th May 2020
Time: 10.30 to 4.30
Cost: £35 including vegetarian lunch

All-day retreats are for people who have completed an 8-week mindfulness course. It is a chance you reconnect and deepen your practice through silent reflection and practice. We revisit familiar practices and experience some new ones.

The whole day is in silence though there will be a chance for reflection and questions at the end of the day.

Lockdown Lowdown

During these exceptional times I will be running two drop-ins a week. Mondays at 7pm and Thursdays at 8.05pm (just after the NHS appreciation). All are welcome regardless of experience.
