Welcome to the March issue! This month a poem from Mary Oliver…
Today I’m flying low and I’m
not saying a word
I’m letting all the voodoos of ambition sleep.
The world goes on as it must,
the bees in the garden rumbling a little,
the fish leaping, the gnats getting eaten.
And so forth.
But I’m taking the day off.
Quiet as a feather.
I hardly move though really I’m traveling
a terrific distance.
Stillness. One of the doors
into the temple.
Maybe explore the stillness at a Drop-in… The next ones are 2 March and 2 April (please note the April date is Thursday because I am away for the first Monday) – 7 to 8.30pm at the Dorchester Yoga and Therapy Centre.
…Or perhaps on an All-Day Retreat on the 26 April (Still TBC). Please email me for more information. Thank you.
